We are looking for a Business Support Administrator who will play a key part in delivering efficient and effective administrative support to all CHP teams. You will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment, while driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
What you’ll be doing
1. Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing post, including scanning, distribution, and processing of parcels, as well as coordinating courier services when needed.
2. Provide full business support including printing, scanning, document storage, meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, key and fob administration, and stock management of stationery.
3. Handle enquiries from customers via Helpdesk and email, welcome visitors and monitor door security.
4. Assist with vehicle maintenance, hire arrangements, accident reporting, and drivers' compliance checks.
5. Process external management invoices and ensure efficient financial document handling.
6. Support fire alarm tests, health and safety checks, and ensure a safe workplace for all.
What we're looking for
1. Experience of office systems and procedures
2. High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook).
3. Able to prioritise work and manage conflicting deadlines.
4. Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
5. Self-motivation with the ability to use own initiative.

8. 25 days annual leave pro rata per annum, plus bank holidays and 3 extra days between Christmas and New Year.
9. 37 hours per week - employees may be able to work flexibly by agreement with their line manager, taking account of business need. We operate a hybrid working policy at CHP.
