We are looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends. Specific shifts will be discussed at interview.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include providing excellent service at the tills and on the shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning up spillages.
What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, prioritizing customer needs, responding to queries, and promoting Co-op products and Membership.
2. Support your colleagues to solve problems and enhance the shopping experience.
3. Ensure the store is safe and compliant by maintaining accurate pricing, dates, and temperatures, and keeping shelves stocked.
4. Assist in introducing new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to facilitate learning.
5. Engage with the local community through involvement in activities and events.
