We're on the hunt for a proactive and dedicated Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join a vibrant residential community. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the site remains a safe, welcoming, and well-presented environment for all residents.

What will you be doing?
* Carrying out essential maintenance tasks, including painting, decorating, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
* Ensuring communal areas and amenities are always presented to the highest standard.
* Monitoring site utilities, conducting meter readings, and maintaining stock levels for key maintenance supplies.
* Conducting health and safety checks, including fire alarm and emergency lighting testing.
* Overseeing and assisting contractors on-site to ensure compliance with site rules.
* Responding swiftly to resident requests, ensuring any maintenance issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
* Taking an active role in apartment turnovers, ensuring a seamless experience for incoming and outgoing residents.
Who are we looking for?
We need someone who is:
* Experienced in maintenance and facilities management (or a similar hands-on role).
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
* Proactive and capable of working independently to resolve issues efficiently.
* A great communicator with strong customer service skills.
* Knowledgeable about H&S regulations and best practices.
