With recent promotions in the team, we have created this exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our Financial Planning team in Bracknell. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to 2 Financial Planners, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

As a Client Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes.
* Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact.
* Liaising with operational teams where support is provided on activities, e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
* Preparing meeting packs and valuations (as required).
* Maintaining back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working in the financial services industry focusing on investment and/or pension products.
* An ambition to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop.
* A strong ethic of client service.
* Studying towards an accredited Level 4 qualification preferred but not essential.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
* The ability to fully plan workload and display excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to use judgment and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
