As we continue to expand our UK operations, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager to drive growth through phone sales. This is a fully remote role, and you’ll be starting from the ground up, giving you the unique opportunity to shape your own journey, build your pipeline, and establish Kings of Neon as a market leader in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, driving B2B phone sales across the UK.
* Build and nurture relationships with business owners, designers, event planners, and key decision-makers.
* Proactively identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
* Present and pitch LED neon signage solutions that add value to businesses and spaces.
* Work independently to establish sales processes and strategies, playing a key role in shaping Kings of Neon’s UK growth.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting to track progress and hit revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in phone sales and business development, ideally in B2B sales.
* A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset - you’ll be building the UK market from the ground up.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
* Experience in a target-driven, high-performance sales environment.
* Ability to work remotely and independently, managing your own pipeline and sales strategy.
* A passion for branding, design, and creative signage solutions is a plus!
