We are currently seeking to fill the position of Enterprise Operations Coordinator.

Contract Type: Full time, Permanent
Salary: £29,807 - £35,300 (based on 36.25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

George Watson’s College wishes to appoint an Enterprise Operations Coordinator who will be part of the Enterprise Team and will facilitate the development and execution of the School’s enterprise activities, encompassing events, projects, and operational tasks. This includes coordinating and supporting diverse projects, administrative duties, and ensuring the efficient operation and expansion of the School’s commercial activities such as venue hire and holiday camps.
The Enterprise Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Enterprise to maximise income generation and enhance the School’s brand through its commercial activities.
This role is designed to be scalable, providing the flexibility needed to expand alongside the evolving opportunities within the Enterprise Team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing enterprise projects, including venue hire, holiday camps, events, and other commercial activities.
* Coordinate project timelines and resources to ensure efficient delivery.
* Provide administrative support such as scheduling, report preparation, correspondence management, and record keeping.
* Manage logistical arrangements for events and activities, including venue setup, equipment, and catering.
* Oversee booking systems to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
* Process invoices and financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records.
Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement:
* Support marketing strategies for enterprise activities.
* Maintain website content and social media platforms.
* Create marketing materials like brochures and flyers.
* Respond to stakeholder inquiries and analyze marketing data.
Customer Service and Stakeholder Management:
* Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
* Coordinate with school departments and external providers for seamless operations.
Financial and Operational Support:
* Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Monitor revenue and costs, maintain records.
* Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Help develop operational processes to improve efficiency.
Brand and Business Development:
* Maintain the enterprise brand identity.
* Identify new commercial opportunities through market research and partnerships.
* Gather customer feedback for service improvement.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven project and event coordination experience, managing multiple projects.
* Experience managing databases and booking systems.
* Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder relationship management.
* Effective communication skills.
* Financial administration experience.
* Logistics management experience.
* Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Experience in an independent school environment or similar setting.
* Experience in commercial operations, revenue generation, and marketing.
* Knowledge of event logistics and best practices.
* Experience with booking/event software and content management tools like Canva.
