Key Responsibilities:
6. Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
7. Support individual and small group activities to enhance students' cognitive and social development.
8. Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere to ensure all children feel valued and supported.
9. Collaborate with the teaching team to implement effective teaching strategies and interventions.
10. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.
11. Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
12. Previous experience working with Early Years children is highly desirable.
13. Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are preferable.
14. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
16. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
