£85 - £95 Per day
Responsibilities:
* Supporting teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons
* Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
* Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials
* Supporting students with special educational needs
Minimum Requirements:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Relevant teaching assistant qualification or experience
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a team
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
* Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
* Understanding of educational practices and principles
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Basic IT skills
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
* Higher level teaching assistant qualification
* First aid certification
Working Conditions:
* Working hours are typically during school hours
* May involve some additional hours for planning and meetings
* Work is mainly conducted in a classroom setting
