I am currently on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager that is able to lead a 3rd Line Infrastructure team for a Public Sector client we are currently looking to support. Ideally, they require someone who has extensive experience in ITIL and (preferably) ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
* Direct a 3rd Line Support team to efficiently respond to incidents and meet the operational demands of the business.
* Work closely with development and engineering teams to identify and deliver Continuous Service Improvements.
* Build strong relations with key business and programme stakeholders.
* Responsible for service performance, KPI metrics, and reporting.
* Knowledge or experience of large-scale agile or complex application delivery and maintenance practices.
* Knowledge of Service Management practices, ITIL, or experience in project/delivery management.
* Knowledge of ServiceNOW, Jira, Kibana, Dynatrace, or Grafana preferred.
