* Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to enhance our product offerings.
* Identify and develop new product opportunities that align with our strategic goals, driving continuous growth.
* Manage the entire product lifecycle, from regular range reviews to launching new products and phasing out underperformers.
* Manage the introduction (launch) of new products within our business portfolio, working with stakeholders to devise launch activities.
* Maintain accurate product data and collaborate with supply chain teams for operational efficiency.
* Work closely with key stakeholders to identify market opportunities, provide support with validating opportunities, and present business cases to the senior management teams to progress into development projects.
* Elevate client profile in the UK market by nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Candidates must have experience as a product or category manager to be considered for this role.
* Solid understanding of the Manufacturing Industry.
* Some experience of leading teams is beneficial.
* Demonstrated experience of developing winning product strategies.
* Strong commercial and financial understanding, ensuring profitable growth.
* Must be able to demonstrate excellent project management ability.
* Can work to tight deadlines and manage numerous projects concurrently.
* Team player with a collaborative approach, capable of building strong internal and external relationships.
