The Assistant Project Manager will manage one or more projects or sub-projects, based at the client site in Devon, with travel to Bristol and France for stakeholder meetings.
The roleholder will coordinate and assist with the project management lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on spec, and within budget, aiming for client satisfaction. The role supports improvements in project management processes, reporting, and setup assistance during various project phases.
Key responsibilities:
Attend periodic project reviews (PRM) and update the SharePoint files and project reporting information as required
Maintain accurate project records
Prepare internal and external reports and liaise with stakeholders.
Provide minutes for meetings and complete project administrative tasks and manage project management documents, such as the project plan, SHESQ documentation and schedule statement.
Support the Project Manager with administration of contract management including early warning notifications and scope changes.
