The Role * Collaborate with Key Account Management: Work closely with the team to identify key end user sites for acquisition, penetration, and retention. * Coordinate Customer Trials: Organise and manage on-site trials to demonstrate the benefits of Kimberly-Clark solutions compared to competitors. * Prepare and Present Proposals: Develop product proposals and present them to key customer personnel to secure new business. * Monitor and Retain Key Sites: Identify and regularly check in on key end user sites to ensure retention. * Hybrid and Face-to-Face Engagement: Utilise technology to maximise working time and travel regularly to visit customer sites in person. * Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to identify “at-risk” sites and new penetration opportunities. * Report Performance: Provide updates to the Key Account Management team on end user site performance, maintaining accurate records in the Customer Resource Management system. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain rapid experience in commercial sales while learning from experienced Key Account Managers. You'll work across multiple customers and segments in the Midlands and North of England, focusing on winning with consumers and the market, all while prioritizing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity.
