Two of the individuals have some 1-1 hours where they have support to do activities outside of their home.
The service promotes the importance of the “do with and not do for” approach and has had a very positive impact on these incredible individuals. It will be part of your role to be a keyworker to one of the individuals where you will do 12-week support plans and reviews.
