Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop engaging digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients and enhance their online presence.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop responsive websites that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
* Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive design and functionality.
* Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
* Utilise SEO best practices to optimise websites for search engines.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Maintain knowledge of current trends in digital design, web development, and usability standards.
* Implement CSS (Tailwind, Bootstrap) for styling web pages, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Skills
* Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
* Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
* Experience with SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
* Knowledge of usability principles to enhance user experience.
* Familiarity with front-end development languages, including MySql, Next.js, React.js, Typescript(if you have one), MongoDB, AWS, Git & Github, Docker, SEO, PPC, and Copywriting.
* Ability to create engaging digital designs that align with brand guidelines.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Website maintenance, Digital Marketing, CRM, Content Creation, UI/UX and Video editing.
* Required minimum 2 years experience.
