Providing their customers with a 5 star service, they are looking for a Customer Relationship Specialist to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be customer focused, enthusiastic and proactive individual. This is a hybrid opportunity once you have been fully trained. The Role: Working in a fast paced environment the Customer Relationship Specialist will be Looking after all things pre-application and post-completion Supporting customers, helping them to be prepared as possible Understanding of the house buying process Managing brokers diaries, booking in appointments with both new and existing customers Contacting and managing customers through various channels including CRM systems, introducer networks and social media Proving exceptional customer service, nurturing and building relationships Prioritise multiple tasks and projects effectively Supporting other business departments when required The Person: Ability to build strong relationships Excellent customer service skills Driven and self-motivated Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Positive and enthusiastic attitude. Happy to give input and ideas Well organised This is a full time role Monday to Friday. Covering the core hours of the working day there can be some flexibility and once fully trained, this will be a hybrid role.Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE.
