We are recruiting for a Band 5 Nurse to join our dynamic and supportive team.
In this role, you will provide care to patients in urgent and emergency situations, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will manage patient flow and support the department’s operations.

Be able to manage time effectively and identify priorities of care delivery.
Refer to and work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and support the service user, family and carers; applying adjustments dependent on the need to facilitate the delivery of individualised care.
Uses numeracy, literacy, digital and technological skills to support safe and effective delivery of care.
Carry out systematic and evidence-based assessments to provide holistic care, taking into consideration physical, social, cultural, psychological, spiritual, genetic and environmental factors that may influence the service user’s pathway or treatment.
Be able to assess and interpret the vital signs of the stable and deteriorating service user; escalating, providing, and documenting timely care and concerns.
Communicate effectively and professionally to all colleagues throughout the Trust, users of the service, and their families/ carers, using supportive techniques and tools available in order to facilitate the best communication style.
Accepts accountability and responsibility for delivery of care and decisions within clinical practice, ensuring all care is delivered within your scope of practice.
