Role: Work Experience Coordinator (Term Time Only)
Hours: 36.25 per week (Working 38 weeks per year)
Salary: £24,723-£27,900
Location: Trafford & Stockport College (Stockport Campus)
Pension: 21.8% (£5,389-£6,082)
The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Work Experience Coordinator to join the team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success, specifically supporting our Employer Engagement department and Curriculum teams.
The Role:
You will liaise with organisations to identify and secure work experience opportunities for students; you will also work closely with curriculum teams and managers to facilitate a well-planned work experience programme.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of success in the employability, recruitment or work experience field (or similar), who has previous outstanding business development skills; the ability to liaise effectively with employers and other agencies. In addition, you will have previous experience of identifying the knowledge and skills of learners and coaching and supporting learners to ensure they receive quality work experience placements.
To be successful in this role, you must have Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent.

In certain cases, it may be appropriate to appoint to a higher point in the pay grade at the discretion of the Director of HR & Performance due to the candidate’s current salary, experience, or qualifications.
