Project Coordinator
Location: Slough, UK

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing Global Operations Team. Based in our Windsor (UK) office, you will report to the Operations Director, Global Operations. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating orders, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
* Comply with Global Standard Operating Procedures for order execution.
* Manage orders, utilizing expertise and coordinating with appropriate resources.
* Take accountability for the complete execution of orders, collaborating with key departments such as Procurement, Sales, Regulatory, and Quality.
* Coordinate with service providers, including depots, carriers, customs agents, and re-labelling/repackaging providers.
* Act as the first point of contact for clinical trial sponsors, CROs, CMOs, and healthcare professionals.
* Utilize electronic systems to ensure accurate recording and actioning of all activities throughout the order process.
* Proactively identify and resolve order-related discrepancies from quality, legal, and financial perspectives.
* Digitally capture, create, and file all order-related documents in a timely manner.
Your Profile:
* Comfortable working in an international setting.
* University graduate with 1-2 years of work experience.
* Preferably has experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
* Experience with temperature-sensitive goods or within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
* Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is advantageous.
* Fluency in English.
