About You
We're looking for someone with a mix of heart, creativity, and adaptability! You’ll need the knack for customising resources to meet each student’s unique needs based on their EHCP outcomes, along with the flexibility to engage learners at all ability levels. You’ll bring patience, empathy, and an understanding of the challenges faced by students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), creating a nurturing environment where they feel seen and supported. Your communication skills will be essential as you collaborate with students, families, colleagues, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive, compassionate support.
