What We Need From You:
✅ HLTA qualification OR Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
✅ Experience working in a primary school setting
✅ A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
✅ Strong classroom leadership skills – you’re confident leading groups or whole classes!
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
