We have an opportunity to join our dynamic and enthusiastic Customer & Business team in a role providing comprehensive support in relation to the processing of memberships, direct debit and all associated processes. As part of this role you will be responsible for business support in relation to financial transactions.
We need someone who has experience of dealing with a variety of general and complex enquires, excellent customer care when dealing with telephone, face-to-face and online enquiries.
Ideally the successful post holder will also be computer literate have experience of working with a variety of ICT systems and packages e.g. Microsoft Office. Experience of cash handling, payment processing and have experience of front line customer service.
The post will be subject to a Basic Disclosure check.
