One of our Clients (in food manufacturing) is looking for a new Team Leader/Supervisor. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team to ensure planned output requirements and quality standards are met whilst ensuring H&S guidelines are followed. Responsibilities include:
1. Review and manage individual performance
2. Achieve set production KPIs
3. Complete shift documentation
4. Ensure compliance against BRC, ISO, and site quality standards
This is a day shift only, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
