Sales and Marketing Administrator
Location: Halesowen (B62)

Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (Occasional Saturday - Shorter Hours)
Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in their busy operation at their Halesowen site. This is a full-time role based onsite 5 days per week, plus the occasional Saturday on a rota basis (shorter hours). Their site consists of several warehouse spaces, with spacious offices and free onsite parking.
Accountabilities:
1. Execute the order process from beginning to end including after-sales support with high attention to detail.
2. Research new business development opportunities to acquire new business.
3. Contribute towards upselling and promoting the Company’s full product range.
4. Resolve all customer matters or general queries efficiently and effectively in line with Company timescales and procedures.
5. Assist with the development and implementation of a new e-commerce platform, including ongoing monitoring, training, product listings, scanning/barcode facility, SKUs, locations, etc.
6. Develop and implement marketing and selling strategies for product clearance.
7. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, setting targets and goals to improve sales.
8. Develop and implement new marketing and selling platforms, e.g., Amazon LaunchPad, Wayfair, Etsy, OnBuy, B&Q, etc.
9. Design listings and manage new products/revisions on different channels (Web and eBay).
10. Manage and promote the Company’s social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, blogs) professionally to enhance audience engagement.
11. Manage outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.
12. Prepare and present appropriate reports (weekly & monthly).
13. Utilize SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
14. Manage escalated and complex complaints from customers through to successful resolution adhering to Company procedures.
15. Escalate matters to internal experts for support as needed.
16. Educate customers in a positive and professional manner.
17. Maintain customer contact to deliver resolutions ensuring all records are up to date, accurate, and accessible.
18. Monitor and provide solutions for feedback required from e-commerce sites regarding unusual activity and escalate as required.
19. Communicate effectively and embrace relationships throughout other departments to improve efficiencies.
