This position is within a construction company environment. Responsibilities Provide administrative support by managing daily office tasks and maintaining an organised workspace. Perform data entry accurately, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Manage phone communications with professionalism, addressing enquiries and directing calls as necessary. Assist in bookkeeping tasks (basic accounts experience is preferred but not essential) Booking-in and organising customer care appointments. Organise files and documents in both physical and digital formats for easy retrieval. Work well as part of a small team with the ability to also work effectively on your own. Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with customers. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional attitude. Competence in typing efficiently to support various office functions.
