Kiwa Product Compliance (KPC) is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales and business development activities, achieving revenue targets, and supporting long-term growth. The position is remote, with regular travel to our Aylesbury office.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage high-performing sales and business development teams, including performance reviews, training, and career development.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and client engagement.
3. Drive revenue growth and enhance KPC’s market presence.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity in RF and Electrical sectors to identify growth opportunities.
5. Review sales performance data to optimize strategies and team effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leaders to develop strategic growth plans.
7. Create and implement annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business goals.
8. Work with innovation teams to develop new services addressing market demands.
9. Implement pricing strategies for key customers and quotations.
10. Lead process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience in the TIC sector, especially in RF and electrical products.
* Strong knowledge of global market access and certification schemes for radio and electrical devices.
* Successful track record in market growth, launching new services, and entering new markets.
* Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably Microsoft 365) for managing sales pipelines.
* Excellent planning, organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to balance customer, employee, and shareholder expectations.
* Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
