Your new role
In this role you will input information about leases acquired from the purchase of companies, and also for new leases signed for existing companies. This will be in the region of 300-400 leases per month.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1. Assess and input new leases and maintain existing lease data, lease trackers, and registers, including investigation and processing of corrections, in line with internal processes, policies, controls, and the requirements of IFRS 16.
2. Investigate and resolve queries in lease mailbox.
3. Liaise with finance, legal, property, and other teams across the group to gather relevant information and clear outstanding issues.
4. Support Lease Administrators on day-to-day tasks and field queries of higher complexity from other teams.

1. Experience handling lease agreements or similar documents.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Can-do attitude.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Competent IT skills, including Excel.
