The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised procurement coordinator to join our team to play a key role in supporting the developing procurement function for the group to help maximise efficiencies and deliver value.
Reporting to the Group Head of Procurement, our Group Procurement Coordinator role requires a confident problem solver who can develop strong working relationships internally and externally. This organised person will need experience with project management and procurement, strong administration skills, as well as being a great communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Primary duties include F&B procurement system development and administration, ensuring prices and products are accurately entered for the most accurate procurement data. Contract administration, supporting sites in identifying suppliers, selecting the right products and services in terms of suitability, ethics, and price.
2. Administration of supplier documents and supplier performance records, supporting with and administrating tenders, carrying out supplier benchmarking exercises, and assisting the group head of procurement in any relevant projects or duties.
3. Supporting and raising the awareness of procurement best practices throughout the business and helping educate on new processes and practices to enhance these.
Job Skills and Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years procurement or stock control experience.
2. Good interpersonal skills.
3. Strong administrator.
4. Innovative and solutions-driven.
