Purpose
Launch our new supply chain department, building relationships with suppliers and customers nationally to develop our business and offer outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Launch National Supply Chain
1. Set up service agreements with skip hire companies nationally.
2. Proactively identify and engage potential customers in need of skip hire services.
3. Develop and present tailored proposals to meet client requirements.
Lead Nurturing and Sales Development
1. Follow up on all generated leads and enquiries generated by the company through advertising.
2. Track and document communication with leads, ensuring no potential customer is overlooked.
3. Develop strategies to optimise lead-to-sale conversion rates, aiming for substantial growth in active clients.
Market and Competitor Analysis
1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape.
2. Utilise insights to refine sales strategies and service offerings.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
1. Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure role and department success.
2. Regularly report on performance metrics, including client acquisition rates and client satisfaction levels.
3. Use data-driven insights to optimise processes and improve overall department performance.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
1. Ensure all activities are compliant with local regulations and environmental standards.

Qualifications and Experience
1. Experience in CRM software (Desirable)
2. Proven track record in Business Development
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to analyse market trends and identify business opportunities
5. Strong organisational skills
6. Experience in coordinating business development initiatives
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
