This dynamic role is both busy and diverse, encompassing tasks such as data entry, word processing, recruitment administration, and addressing a variety of routine HR queries in person, via email, and over the phone. This role is not suitable for a job share. About the Person As this is a customer facing role, it is essential to have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be solution oriented, committed to continuous improvement, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. A positive, 'can-do' attitude, combined with the ability to excel in a fast paced, deadline driven environment is crucial for success. Experience from an administration and/or recruitment background would be advantageous. About the College We are a large, regional college serving a population across York and North Yorkshire of more one million people. Each year, we have approximately 4,000 school leavers, 1,000 apprentices, 2,000 adult students, and 400 higher-level students studying with us. Our wide range of education options span entry level programmes through to degrees, higher technical qualifications, and accredited professional courses to courses for professional development.
