1. Marketing Executive – Specialist Business
Bupa Place M50 3SP - hybrid 2 days per week in the office
Salary up to £35K depending on experience

The role
We have 2 brilliant opportunities to work with the Specialist Business Marketing Manager, supporting the delivery of our customer engagement strategy for Dental Insurance, Cash Plan and Well+ products.
The plan will be focused on delivering new business and existing business communications to achieve business targets, focused on both group and member level. Delivering first class customer communications across both online and offline.
How you’ll help us to make health happen
Deliver a range of cross channel marketing activity which supports customer communication journeys across acquisition and in life comms. Lead on the creation and delivery of engaging customer content across multiple channels including email, media partnerships, LinkedIn and website.Support the development of email marketing in particular - help create and optimise the programme of email communications to improve engagement levels.Measure all activity against KPIs in place and have a results-focused approach.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product, proposition and service and the wider UK marketing team.Manage and deliver briefs to agencies and studio teams that are on brand and ensure first class customer communicationsHelp to deliver sales support campaign activities to support initiatives such as quoting, onboarding and in life communicationsAct as the voice of the customer and ensure all communications are clear, fair and not misleading.Ensure all communications are compliant and follow financial promotions standards – including the on-going maintenance and management of all assets via a content management system
You
Marketing experience, preferably B2B.Strong project management and commercial acumen.Strong analytics skills with the ability to analyse data to measure campaign success.Creativity: innovative thinking to develop fresh ideas for campaigns and strategies for success.Customer centric mindset: Understanding of customer behaviours and using insight to improve marketing effectiveness.Communications skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills for collaborating with teams and presenting ideas.Digital Marketing experience: Understanding of core digital marketing disciple across email, content and social.Knowledge / understanding of working in a regulated environment
