As a General Assistant at Sodexo in St David's Barracks, Bicester. We are seeking a proactive and versatile candidate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple departments, developing a broad skillset and contributing to various operational processes. You will collaborate closely with teams in retail, hospitality, catering and cleaning, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of operations. By leveraging your diverse skillset, you will play a key role in enhancing our operational flexibility, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
What you’ll do:
* Assist in different departments including retail, hospitality, catering and cleaning, to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
* Continuously enhance your skillset through on-the-job learning and cross-training opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest operational tools and techniques.
* Build relationships across departments, fostering collaboration and improving your overall understanding of how the business operates.
