We are urgently recruiting Electrical Assembly operatives for long-term temporary positions with our client, the world's leading supplier of temporary power solutions.
We are looking to recruit experienced, well-motivated individuals to work as part of a team. Your main responsibilities will be the electrical assembly of large generator sets. Experience of working in an industrial/manufacturing environment would be advantageous, particularly with 3 phase supply and wiring control panels.
Candidates should have experience of working in a modern manufacturing environment. A safety-conscious attitude, ability to work under own initiative, and having a flexible approach are also essential requirements for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a team with mechanical fitters and semi-skilled fitters to assemble generator sets.
2. Ensure all plant and electrical equipment is maintained to minimum legal standards.
3. Ensure health and safety procedures are maintained at all times.

The working environment is manufacturing and plant-based to facilitate a strong communication link between all departments. Visibility and support with production on the factory floor will be required.

Hours: Dayshift - Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday – 0630 to 0730 start times (40 hours basic working week). Overtime available.
