Customer Team Leader
Location: 19 - 21 North Street, Wilton, Salisbury, SP2 0HE
Pay: £13.65 per hour
Contract: 16-30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part-time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.
We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team, helping our customers. You’ll lead the store team—coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and performing various store tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

* Provide friendly, helpful, and thoughtful service, managing store operations and handling challenging situations
* Develop your team through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and operational
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy
* Support your store manager and handle HR processes
* Introduce new products and services, encouraging team feedback
* Build relationships and support local community initiatives
