You will be responsible for general site maintenance and delivering site transformation & upgrade projects.
This is a site-based role requiring at least 4 days a week on site.
Description
As Facilities Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of reactive, planned/preventative maintenance and site transformation (CAPEX) projects across the site. You will manage an in-house team of maintenance operatives and source external subcontractors to carry out works on site. Typical projects include fire alarm upgrades, security/access, HV/LV supply, machine moves/upgrades, grounds maintenance, building fabric, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Developing the overall maintenance strategy/processes
2. Delivering site-wide upgrade projects
3. Ensuring the site is compliant and fit for purpose, minimising downtime
4. Overseeing a team of 20 maintenance staff
5. Sourcing/tendering for external subcontractors
6. Creating progress reports for Senior Management
Profile
1. A degree in a relevant field (Building Services/Engineering)
2. Experience working on a complex engineering site
3. Excellent technical (M&E) knowledge
4. Able to manage an in-house maintenance team
5. Experience delivering CAPEX projects
6. Management of external contractors including tendering
7. NEBOSH general certificate
8. Security clearance checks will be required for this role
