Modern Apprentice - Early Learning and Childcare

Eligibility Criteria:
1. DUE TO FUNDING CRITERIA, APPLICANTS MUST LIVE IN GLASGOW.
2. 16-19 YEAR OLDS
3. 20-29 YEAR OLDS WITH A DISABILITY
4. 20-29 YEAR OLDS WHO ARE CARE EXPERIENCED
Training Programme Goals:
1. Delivering an inclusive and diverse Early Learning and Childcare Service that protects and cares for children
2. Delivering a service that promotes social justice and anti-discrimination
3. Delivering an Early Learning and Childcare Service which is broad and balanced
4. Delivering the curriculum appropriately and effectively
5. Working as part of a team in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
6. Developing and implementing plans and programmes to ensure the needs of all service users are being met
7. Liaising with relevant parties

2. To deliver the curriculum appropriately and effectively

2. Participate with guidance and training in inspection processes in line with legislative and procedural compliance.
