Some regular out of hours working may be required.

Pay Rate: £25 - £30 per hour (assignment rate)

Duties:
* Providing appropriate, effective interventions and treatments to people with severe and enduring mental health needs, enabling and assisting them to meet daily health, social care and well-being needs.
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members.
* Responsible for the ongoing assessment, planning delivery and review of activities and interventions.
* Undertaking and delivering specific health or social care assessments and interventions.
* Developing, delivering and reviewing comprehensive treatment programmes using appropriate frameworks.
* Act as care coordinator for service users with the most complex needs.
* Plan, deliver and evaluate defined, specialist therapeutic interventions.
Requirements of the Mental Health Occupational Therapist:
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
* Recent NHS experience.
* Registered with the HCPC.
* Car driver.
