Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Admin Assistant to work on large scale residential property developments with a local landlord, as well as HMO rentals & Air B&B, property purchases within the UK & abroad. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by providing administrative support, managing communications, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
* Manage incoming calls and emails.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain organised filing systems for documents and records.
* Open post & organise collections and deliveries.
* Assist with new business - tenancy agreements/inventories.
* Assist in the preparation of Excel & Word reports.
* Handle clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office/site.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
* Visiting property rentals in the local area & assisting with rentals.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Competence in using various office equipment and technology.
* Full driver's licence, however, not essential.
