Residential Surveyor A well-established, family-owned company specializing in the supply and installation of windows and doors is seeking a highly motivated Residential Surveyor. This position involves conducting surveys primarily within the W13, W7, and W5 postcodes, with occasional work in KT, SW, and UB areas. The successful candidate will take over from the current surveyor, who is retiring after 10 years of service. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct accurate and detailed surveys of residential properties for window and door installations. - Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice on products and services. - Prepare and submit comprehensive survey reports. - Attend site meetings as required to address any arising issues. - Ensure that all surveys comply with relevant regulations and company standards. - Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution. Requirements: - Proven experience in residential surveying, preferably within the window and door installation industry. - Strong knowledge of building regulations related to window and door installations. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work. Compensation: - PAYE Option: Office-based role with mileage reimbursement for the use of your own car.
