This role will support the Asset Management division, focusing on investment and sustainability initiatives for existing homes. Provide financial expertise for investment and sustainability strategies. Collaborate with senior managers to address financial performance challenges. Lead the preparation of the annual asset management budget and 30-year business plan. About You: To succeed, you’ll have:
CCAB part or fully qualified (or equivalent experience). A strong background in financial management, budgeting, variance analysis, and Value for Money principles. Experience with MS Excel (advanced), and familiarity with Power BI (desirable). Strong project planning and process improvement skills. Experience in social housing or a related sector (desirable).
