Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the Installations Department, based on site in Poplar, East London.
This job will involve managing all aspects of project administration and coordination.
As the Project Coordinator, you will work full-time. This job is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised and process-driven individual with experience in project coordination, construction, and site administration.
To be successful as the Project Coordinator, it is essential that you have previous experience in project coordination and administration. Experience in construction site processes, NEC contracts, and project management qualifications would be desirable.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
* Manage and verify health & safety compliance for vendors and subcontractors.
* Administer project documentation, answer phone calls and respond to emails
* Maintain and update the project programme for the contractor.
* Plan and coordinate vendor and subcontractor activities.
* Monitor site progress through daily reviews and maintain accurate records.
* Log and escalate programme-related and design issues to the Senior Project Manager.
* Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
Project Coordinator Requirements:
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills verbal, telephone, and email.
* Ability to follow processes and manage project documentation effectively.
* Previous project coordination experience.
* Knowledge of construction sites and building processes.
* An NVQ in Project Management or Project Administration.
