Main Duties:
* Providing assessment, individualised and group psychosocial interventions, and consultative support to professionals within social care and education settings.
* You will be expected to manage a caseload and work closely alongside the specialist substance misuse practitioner to provide seamless care and intervention.
Requirements of the Substance Misuse Nurse:
* Relevant nursing qualification and an active NMC Registration.
* Recent nursing experience within Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery.
