A Creative Agency is seeking a dynamic and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful influencer marketing campaigns that align with a Beauty client's brand objectives. You will lead a team of Influencer Executives and work closely with clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and impactful results.
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and executing influencer marketing campaigns for the customers portfolio, and driving the best output from the Influencer Account Executives.
The candidate will be an organised and proactive professional and have experience working within a team and clients. You will support your Influence Business Director in instilling beneficial ways of working and planning for future campaigns. This role also requires impressive management skills for client, internal team and projects to ensure all are consistently delivered to time and aligned to the required strategy across the beauty clients brands.
Having an understanding around data, and experience with Traackr or similar influencer marketing platforms is highly desirable. We thrive and deliver a strong understanding to our clients of how to leverage these tools for influencer identification, campaign management, and performance analysis.
You will be passionate and enthused about all aspects of influencer marketing, providing insights and perspective on cultural, platform and social trends that can drive inspiring client work consistently. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious, with a positive & can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

6. Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and translate them into effective influencer campaigns.
7. Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from initial concept through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
8. Lead and mentor a team of Influencer Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and successful campaign delivery.
9. Strong communication and looking ahead to ensure Business Director is always informed.
10. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
11. Showcase your passion and expertise through leaning into your knowledge and sharing with the team consistently.
12. Demonstrate consistent attention to detail and administration skills through managing external campaign trackers, finances inclusive of POs and instilling best-in-class use of platforms such as Traackr.
13. Be an effective leader, and brief team effectively always – considering deadlines, wider workload, how to manage the client and in turn be on hand for questions and briefing support.
Client Relationship Management:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a strong understanding of their needs.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance.
3. Be proactive in sharing insights ahead of clients that demonstrate the expertise.
4. Attention to detail is vital, and continual pride in work.
Data-Driven Insights:
1. Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
2. Regularly report on key metrics and KPIs, showcasing the impact and ROI of influencer marketing activities.
Trend Analysis & Innovation:
1. Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, influencer marketing, and the beauty industry.
2. Continuously explore new platforms, tools, and strategies to keep the influencer marketing efforts ahead of the curve.
3. Be responsible for trend-led activations inclusive of brief and campaign output within a tight timeframe to position the at centre of culture.
Platform & Industry Knowledge:
1. Maintain a deep understanding of all relevant social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels.
2. Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers and industry partners.
Requirements/Experience:
1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related fields.
2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
6. Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
9. Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.
