UK Staffing Group is currently searching for an experienced Legal Administrator to be based in Central Manchester. You will join a well-established Legal 500-ranked client which offers Property, Litigation, Corporate, Finance, and Commercial services.
You will be joining this firm's legal team in their new Manchester offices. With a growing international presence, the firm is known for its full-service expertise and dynamic growth. They offer a supportive working environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow.
The Legal Administrator we're looking for will provide essential support to the Property team here in Manchester, with a specific focus on post-completion checks for commercial property.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Completion of OS1 and OS2 checks, SDLT checks, and use of the Land Registry for commercial property.
2. Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to commercial property transactions, e.g., purchase agreements, lease agreements, and contracts.
3. Conducting legal research on property laws, regulations, and market trends.
4. Assisting in due diligence processes, including title searches and environmental assessments.
5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.
Essential Requirements:
1. Experience with post-completion checks on either commercial or residential property processes.
2. Ability to work as part of a small and growing team - the team is small at the moment in the new office, but it'll be growing through the year and beyond!
3. 3+ years of experience in conveyancing or property law.
