Home Care Hiring Coordinator for New Waltham Location
Join Guardian Angel Senior Services, a family-owned home health care agency serving MA and NH for over 22 years, as a Hiring Coordinator. We are seeking a high-energy individual to help us recruit compassionate caregivers.
Schedule
M-F 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities
* Create and manage employment ads
* Screen and interview candidates
* Complete background checks
* Orient new staff
* Achieve weekly hiring goals
* Applicant outreach and sourcing through various mediums
* Onboarding and data entry of new caregivers
* Coordinate with the Scheduling team to determine staffing needs
Qualifications
* Tech-savvy with social media and employment sites
* Outgoing, personable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous recruitment experience preferred; home care background a plus
