Credit Control Administrator

My client is a UK leading corporate business with modern city centre offices. They are looking for a Credit Control Administrator to join their busy team in Leeds on a 6 Month FTC.
The ideal candidate must have previous Debt Recovery, Credit Control, Collections or Customer Service experience.
As a Credit Control Administrator your duties will include:
* Updating and informing customers via phone/emails
* Managing the accounts through the disconnections process
* Ensuring all paperwork/letters are managed on a weekly basis
* Managing all invoices from customers’ accounts
* Ensure database is kept up to date with relevant information
As a Credit Control Administrator you will have the following skills:
* Previous experience working within collections/debt recovery is ideal
* Previous experience working in customer service is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficient on all Microsoft packages
