Job Summary
* Cashbooks experience
* Upload statements
* Post all AR and GL transactions
* Reconcile cashbook to bank statements
* Sales commission
* Run reports
* Review reports and issue self-billing invoices
* US Sales Tax
* Make payments
* Reconcile postings
* Credit Control
* Update weekly accounts receivable spreadsheets for US and UK
* Monitor comments provided for overdue debts
* Follow up on overdue debts with account managers or customers
* Provide statements, copy invoices and issue credit notes
* Accounts receivable emails
* Manage ARUK & AR inboxes
* Distribute emails to relevant teams
* Reply to emails
* File remittances
Personal information
* Confidence with Excel, Word and Outlook
* Communication skills: email, Teams and telephone
* Ideally exposure to US Euro and UK currency
