Student Operations and Support

We are looking to recruit a full-time Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to support the Senior Management Team within Student Operations and Support. This newly created role will be based in our new Student Centre on our Moulsecoomb campus, which has recently seen several teams brought together into co-located offices.
You will be joining a friendly, professional team who provide a range of services that directly support student wellbeing and services that support campus life, all of which play a key role in contributing to recruitment, retention, progression and the success of our students.
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need:
* To enjoy variety, as you will be working with several senior colleagues across a wide portfolio of student life services, so you will need to be able to plan and prioritise simultaneous projects and work methodically with minimal supervision.
* To have proven administrative and organisation skills and to be customer service focussed.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft communications, briefings, papers, reports and presentations on behalf of the Director, Service Heads and the wider department.
* Good numeracy skills to enable you to support service leads with aspects of departmental expenditure and budget monitoring.
* Confidence in forming effective relationships, as you will collaborate closely with colleagues when overseeing the departmental offices and play a key role in presenting the department and its activities in a professional and positive manner to internal and external audiences.
The role is permanent full-time (37 hours per week) based at our Moulsecoomb campus.
