What you'll do: Take charge of all HR admin you'll be managing everything from offer letters and contracts to reports, utilising our HRIS (PeopleHR). Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Head of HR, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group policies. Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding, ensuring a seamless process for new starters and leavers. Monitor absence. Handle daily employee queries received both in-person and into the HR inbox. Advising on and supporting the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Support Payroll by preparing payroll information and help manage employee benefits across all 5 sites. Collaborate with a small, remote HR team, staying connected through Teams calls and managing your workload independently. What's in it for you? Someone with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Comfortable working in a remote team, keeping connected via Teams. A desire to grow and develop, with the ambition to take on manager training and leadership responsibilities. Someone with Employee Relations experience who can give low-level advice when needed. Willingness to travel between Bradford, Gosport, and Dover as needed. Must hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
