The successful candidate will be qualified to a minimum City & Guilds level 2 (or equivalent) in Electrical/Building maintenance and possess a group 'A' full current driving licence. Experienced in all types of building maintenance, you will have proven knowledge of health and safety, good communication skills and remain calm under pressure. A CSCS card would also be an advantage. Working a 37.5 hr week you would be working across sites the Trust manages throughout the region - a van is provided for use whilst on Trust business. About us As part of the Estates team you will also be required (following a period of induction) to participate in an on-call rota outside normal working hours, additional payments will be made for this.
