IT Support Manager
Location: Bradford (BD4) | Hybrid: 3 days on-site
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + £550/month car allowance or company car + benefits
Type: Permanent | Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible within 8am-6pm
An established and growing organisation in Bradford is looking for an experienced IT Support Manager to lead their internal support function.

What you'll be doing:
1. Managing and developing a small internal support team
2. Monitoring patterns in ticket volume and user needs
3. Collaborating with infrastructure and software teams to resolve issues
4. Supporting the rollout of new hardware and systems
5. Driving customer service improvements across the business
What we're looking for:
Essential:
1. Experience managing an IT support team
2. Comfortable working across a range of systems and technologies
3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
4. A confident and people-focused leader
5. Full UK driving licence
Nice-to-haves:
1. Experience supporting in-house or custom-built systems
2. Familiarity with support platforms (e.g. Alloy, Zendesk)
3. Background in similar multi-site or operationally complex businesses
